Step One

Fill out a simple, 15 minutes survey and watch an ActionCOACH video. We'll start researching your industry, work on specific strategies for your business, and follow up to let you know exactly what to expect in your diagnostic session. 

Step Two

Come prepared for your diagnostic session. You'll get:

1. A ton of clarity on how your business is currently running
2. 3-4 Strategies for key areas that make your business simpler
3. Enough info to decide if you'll want guidance along the way

Step Three

If it's a good fit (meaning we like each other and can grow your business by working together), you'll choose the best coaching level to start at, and we'll schedule your first session.
