After 25 years of successfully leading manufacturing companies, Susan was ready for another adventure and to live her life on her terms. Founding Action Coach in Madison, WI, in late 2007, she brought business owners and leaders the resources and tools that were missing for most CEOs - an outside, unbiased perspective, with on-the-spot, real-time leadership development that has accountability and support. She's driven to help leaders make connections, have a confidential environment to vet their experiences, and help them gain confidence in their ability to transform their businesses. Susan enjoys adventures in Europe and places with beautiful sand and coral life, gourmet cooking, gardening, the outdoors, and a great bottle of wine.
Mark McNulty

The founder of both ActionCOACH Bluegrass and ActionCOACH Southern Indiana, Coach Mark can help you find your way to success the way his coaches helped him find his. No two journeys are the same, but the decisions to be made, the priorities to be set, and the actions to take all come from the same place inside of us. Coach Mark’s Top Strength is his ability to break down the complexities of a challenge into smaller components which can then be more readily addressed and resolved. Born in the Chicago suburbs, Mark has lived in the Midwest his whole life. He started his coaching career in Columbus, Indiana in 2004. In 2015 he moved to Louisville, where he lives with his wife Liz. He balances his work and play by collecting bourbon, traveling, and rooting for Notre Dame.
Sheena Hall
Business Development Manager
Sheena joined the ActionCOACH team in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from Real Estate, Coaching and direct-to-consumer sales and marketing. Sheena has strong networking skills and loves empowering entrepreneurs (especially women) to create a powerful vision for the future and help achieve their goals. Outside of work, Sheena volunteers in children’s ministry, and loves painting and spending time with her daughter.
Rob Maniaci

Rob joined Action Coach in 2020 with experience in operations & sales in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and hospitality industries. He is thrilled to be part of a team that impacts the lives of individuals, families, and communities through business. Rob thrives on knowing that Action Coach clients are daily transforming their businesses to levels they never thought possible while freeing up more time for themselves. He is motivated by the opportunity to work behind the scenes to make other people flourish and prosper. As an Enrollment Specialist, he works with business owners to identify the challenges and barriers they face and help them choose the best path to realizing their dreams and visions. During his time off, he loves dining with family, cooking, and playing Texas Holdem.
