EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM

The objective of the Emerging Leaders is to give real support to new leaders, soon-to-be leaders, and middle managers, by creating a faster growth curve for them.  As executives, you get both a partner and an implementer to ensure your leadership team and second level managers are getting where you want them to go, faster than they could on their own.

Approach

Emerging Leaders will meet twice per month. We will be your partner in getting your high potential leaders ready for their days ahead. This is an accelerated learning environment with an intense, highly interactive and open learning style.

Commitment

We expect participants will be at each session on time and ready to grow. Additionally, they will get the homework done and stay up to date with any readings or leadership practice as discussed.

Focus

The focus is the transformation and personal development of the individual, not just the transfer of information. Each session is structured with 30 minutes of accountability review from the prior session, 30 minutes of new teaching and 30 minutes of “hotseat” where people will have a chance to talk about their specific leadership issue or growth area.

Homework

Homework may include things such as:

  • Read/listen to books or articles
  • Implementation of strategies and concepts
  • Personal reflection
